Loving the alien...

A Tale of Two Pets

Story 1-The bag of dog hair.
I realize I may alienate all 4 of my blog friends after I post this photo. I like it because it is a little disturbing and it's not quite right. I'm usually not like this. Never, ever do I stop or slow down to see the victims of a car accident. Obviously I would help or call 911 if no one was there, but I am not a gawker. Nothing to see here, just move along please.

Story 2-The cat.
Nothing kills a romantic spirit than to walk into a bathroom and see poo flung all over. It's funny because I got to say-"Who flung poo" but not so hot to clean up. It was even on the door for heavens sake. I swear that cat is so mad at me for keeping him locked up for 2 hours, but the alternative was a ride in the car and that's more disastrous.

Kristen-I was brushing the dog and I needed a bag, and it just ended up being this, and I thought it was odd.

so the cat flung poo, but that's not what's on the bag, right? cause the bag's errily pretty, like a ghost...

Eh, I've seen weirder things than a bag of dog hair, so it doesn't bother me. I didn't know cats flung poo. Just like monkeys.

What is it about the photo that is disturbing, and it is disturbing to me...

maybe because we don't know it's dog hair at first viewing and the possibilites of what it could be make for a jittery stomach.

Poo flinging cats..I had one once...she thought she had to explode from the back to get it out.

Now Finbar has anothing pooping oddity: poo goes in one box and pee in another and never the twain shall meet.

There are no surprises when I clean the litter boxes. I know what I'm going to get in each box...very very odd cat I have.

I figured it out on second viewing...it looks like a baby scotty dog, run over by a steamroller and then placed in a bag where all the air was vaccuumed out. How is that for a twisted imagination!!

Kristen-I realised I needed to clarify what the heck this post was about. You're not thick, I'm vague.

margaret-ooohhh I like the description errily pretty. That mamakes me smile.

jc-I'm glad you're not disturbed. It looked really creepy in person. Like I was in the middle of some Japanese horror movie. The poo was not fun, and I'm still mad at him.

MB-why is it so funny to me that you said baby scotty dog run over by a steamroller? This is why you are a writer. I'm still chuckling.
Finbar does that? He is such a Felix Unger!

What's the matter with me that even though it could be gross, I thought it was kinda cool?

sweet kristen-and that's why I took a pic of it. this moment would never occur again. the american apparel bag just happened to be the next bag for re-use. Dash Snow can bite my bottom. More on this later.

Is this title from a Bowie song?

jc-Good call. I've had some space Bowie songs going around my head lately. And this looked so alienish.
