Your sketchbook is so awesome! I used to like to draw when I was a child - I miss it sometimes and wish I would start drawing again. Seeing your drawings makes me happy. And the home buying tips are spot-on. Oh, and happy birthday to Jos!

That guidebook to buying your next house? Publish it and hand it out on college campuses, at graduation.

jc-Hey thanks and why don't you buy a little sketchbook? I bet you'd be surprised at what you'd do.

I also wish I did not have to write the home buying tips. It makes me sad and angry.

I think he had an ok birthday. Working on your day is never fun. I think he would spend it drinking guiness all day.

jocelyn-I probably could write some more. Sad it it. I'm 40 and I'm finding this out. Not that I bought this house looking to live next to crackies, it's just sad period.

kiki-tee hee-the fan is from crackies house-the only trace of endearment coming from that area.
I love making homemade cakes but I also love the extravagance of buying a cake in a bakery.(well I love going to bakeries) The little man and I decided on a cherry cheese cake, and I think it was perfect.

DEAR GOD - I laughed so hard at the house list!! We found out we were living next door to a meth lab in TLNPoE!! I'm sure there was prostitution somewhere. I'm pretty positive race riots will be breaking out sometime in late fall.

Do not purchase house that will eventually give way to an underground barrack.. you forgot that one.

My list involves well-sealed doors this time. I do not want another house with rotting windows and invading spiders so they can have baby explosions all over my person.

I'm so glad for that little trip in my mind down memory lane.

trauma.

Okay - I'm emailing you.

"do not live near registered sex offender" should be added. I bought my place and then found out a level 2 rented across the square from me. He has since moved, thank goodness.

I love the partially eaten rye crisp.
