This arrived in the mail today. I mean come on...if I saw this coming towards me, I'd be in a heap on the floor laughing. Not exactly what a fellow would need for a confidence boost.

Good days are out there. Today I found a Kinks record for $4. That made me do a little dance, and it's not really messed up. My angelic son was very good at the library today. He played very sweetly with puzzles and a helicopter.
In the past week I have gotten into blogs a bit more. And why I think it is so popular is that everyone wants the same thing and that is some sort of validation from other people. Just a nod or a wink and to say-it's all right and I agree with you. It's kind of comforting. It's kind of nice to have friends outside your normal circle.

Here she comes again..

Went to the ole' gymboree today and it was packed with mammas and mostly boys. Today-last day of class, my son actually did the whole parachute thing. I was so proud of him. I wish I could have taken a picture. It made me so happy to see him thrilled. It is finally warming up here so after the playtime, we went out back and played the yard for an hour. Lot's of exercise today. I think I'm going up to the attic now and work on some drawings.

I was having a good day until I found a blog that talks about obsessive/compulsive disorders. Now I feel a little ill.

Oh I just can't wait to be king..

I know I am bored and I have about a million things to do. Play with my little man/child, paint, read, design, housework-all of that stuff, but I too am an addicted blogger. Not writing mind you, but reading about others. I'm certain there will be a self help book to come out in the near future. I will try to come up with a very witty title
Another thing that I have to get off my chest,I have a huge crush on a stock clerk at the grocery store. I am a happily married woman, but I just can't help these feelings. I can talk to anyone, but as soon as I hit an aisle where he is, I get all tongue tied and end up just looking the other way. I am such a dork. I need to just put my energy into creative alternatives. I probably read "The Fear of Flying" way too early in life.

I have finally started drawing again, and working up the nerve to paint with oils. Sad, since it's been almost 10 years. I have stuck with acrylic for that long, just because it's not exactly the healthiest thing to paint around oils and paint thinner(don't get me started with the varnishes). I'm getting excited about that and the prospect of spring. No more snow please. And if it snows on my birthday, I just might cry.

Oh yes and the American Office-well if Ricky Gervais or Steve merchant ever read this blog, they should have made the boss a gay southern man who is really caddy and mean, then he thinks he's your best friend because he buys you lunch. This is how the boss should be in America. I think the boss needs to have a stronger impact. The British version is so believable, like a peak into this horrible little world in Slough. The American one, most everyone seems like they are acting.

Well at least that's how I thought a Cars song went. Today-again I'm driving down Route 6, (I'm always driving 6) and there was a huge tractor trailer with its whole roof ripped off. It was like God decided to rip the top of this truck clean off. And let me tell you, I think he is a little angry.

Ok-so my hubby just informed me that "The Office" a la american style is premiering tonight. I never have good thoughts about things we steal from the brits and try to revamp. I will still watch it though and hope.

I am questioning the validity of #2. Is it really so shocking about jackson, and he really isn't very rock and roll now is he?
