After way too much self (absorption, discovery, reflection, doubt) I'm back to my normal self. The doctor is in.
You know what they say though, if you don't know where you've been how will you know where you're going. I find it necessary to have gone through this period.
Sometimes when I allow the world to just "be "the way it is and not fight every little bit, I channel what is good and right. I don't know how it happens, but when I just allow life to just exist without me forcing an issue, it turns out well. I need to remember this.
Some colorful pictures from a trip last week in the city.
Peace and love youse guys!

I'm the same way - I do much better when I don't over-obsess.
I can't begin to describe how much I love that picture of the rubber glove pointing at the dog. Now THAT is art.
I'm glad you're feeling better.
I love you!
holliholli-It's the "Glove". Glove, and you have to say it like a Blue Meanie. We LOVE glove. I refused to keep toys in their packages anymore and so we tore open our Yellow Submarine collection. I have lost Ringo. Poor poor Ringo.
I love you too!
I love yellow ochre. A staple color hue in my paintings
ohhhh, me too me too. and Cerulean blue
Great post and photos! That's great advice - just let things flow. I try to do that, and I'm much better at it than I used to be. Practice makes perfect. I'm glad you're feeling better too!
hahaha, blue meanie. when my girl first watched yellow submarine she said (and i'm not making this up), "i'm going to miss my face" and we knew that it was too soon for her to watch. oops.
jc-yes yes go with the flow. if you keep forcing an issue, the more "it" will fight back. it's always best to back off a little.
kiki-OMG did A say that?
M watched it too soon as well, and he wasn't really talking a lot then so who knows what damage I did. But over the weekend we watched it, well he loved the Sea of Time. Isn't that funny?
